After sales support

Product Quality Assurance Commitment
- Ensure that the quality management of the provided equipment is fully implemented in accordance with the IS09001 standard, and that the quality management mode is certified and effective.
- Ensure responsibility for the quality of purchased accessories and equipment. Strict factory quality inspection shall be conducted during procurement, and relevant materials such as product quality certificates, user manuals, inspection reports, etc. shall be provided.
- Ensure that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, manufactured with first-class technology and the best materials, technologically advanced, mature and reliable, and meets the quality, specifications and performance requirements specified in the bidding documents and technical agreements in all aspects. Ensure that the equipment provided has been correctly installed, operated and maintained during its service life, and has satisfactory and reliable performance.
- Ensure that the quality, specifications, performance, quantity, and quality of the equipment are thoroughly and comprehensively inspected before delivery, and provide a certificate of conformity and inspection report proving that the equipment complies with the contract.
- Ensure responsibility for any defects or malfunctions caused by design, process, or material defects in the equipment, and acknowledge the penalties imposed by the contract and quality laws for quality accidents caused by the aforementioned reasons.
Product Service Commitment
- Our company welcomes relevant personnel from your side to come to the site at any time to inspect the performance and quality of the product manufacturing process, raw materials, and components, and participate in the factory test and acceptance of the product.
- Ensure the provision of necessary spare parts during the product warranty period and service life.
- Ensure that experienced engineering and technical personnel are dispatched to the installation site to guide and assist in the entire installation and commissioning work according to the time requirements of the demand party, until the equipment operates normally.
- Before debugging, our technical service personnel will give you a technical explanation in advance, explaining and demonstrating the procedures and methods to be carried out. If there are any problems with the procedures confirmed and approved by our technical service personnel due to incorrect guidance, we will bear full responsibility and be fully responsible for all actions of the on-site service personnel.
- After the equipment is put into normal operation, we guarantee a 12-month quality assurance period and guarantee maintenance within the service life of the equipment. When you operate normally according to the prescribed methods and procedures, if there is any damage caused by product design, material or process quality, we will repair it free of charge. We will bear all the costs of replacing some parts or even updating the product.
