
Relay (English name: relay) It is an electrical control device, which is the predetermined step change in the electrical output circuit when the input (incentive) change meets the specified requirements. It has the interactive relationship between the control system (also called the input circuit) and the control system (also called the output circuit). It is usually used in automatic control circuits, and is actually an "automatic switch" to controls the large current with a small current. Therefore, it plays the role of automatic regulation, safety protection and conversion circuits in the circuit.
The CE certification standard of electromechanical unit relay is EN61810, citing the IEC developed standards, such as IEC61810-2-2011, electromechanical primary relay. The CE certification standards for numerical relays and protection equipment are as follows:
1.EN60255-26:2009, value relay and protection equipment, Part 26: electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
2.EN60255-151:2009, Part 151: Functional requirements for over-current or non-current protection.
Relay CE certification also requires the EU Low Voltage Directive LVD (2014 / 35 / EU).
EN61810-1 The European Basic Relay Product Standard is not listed as a coordinated standard for the 2014 / 35 / EU Low Pressure Directive.
However, EN60335-1, EN60730-1, EN50178, EN60947. Several of the relay characteristics are related and are coordination documents.
Furthermore, the main safety characteristics of relays are based on the insulation coordination standard EN6064-1. This is arguably the most important of all the harmonization criteria.

Relay CE certification process:
1. The enterprise submits the CE certification application form to the organization, provides the product information and sends the samples;
2. The organization shall determine the corresponding EU directive and test standards, test cycles and costs according to the information provided by the enterprise;
3. After the enterprise confirms the quotation, it shall sign the technical service contract and pay the fee;
4. Institutional engineers shall conduct a full set of tests and related model differentiation tests on the product according to the EU test standards, and then write the technical document (TCF) and submit it to the EU agency for review;
5. Approved and issue CE certificate.
