The operating process of the 12-volt power relay is that a certain voltage or current is applied to both ends of the relay coil, and magnetic flux produced by the coil passes through the magnetic core, yoke, armature, and the working air gap of a magnetic circuit, thus forming a magnetic circuit. Under the action of the magnetic field, the armature is attracted to the pole face of iron core, pushing contact to move and causing normally-closed contact to open and normally open contact to close; when the voltage or current at both ends of the coil is less than a certain value, the mechanical reaction force is greater than electromagnetic attraction force. The armature return to original position, normally open contact disconnect and normally close contact connect.
